Active Operating Authority
Active MC and DOT authority in good standing with the FMCSA. Primary details on the FMCSA profile, including physical and mailing address, should not have changed within the last 90 days.

Onboarding Agreement
A signed agreement between SparkLink Solutions and the carrier that outlines the basic working relationship, expectations, and compliance standards.

Current Insurance
Active cargo and liability coverage that meets our minimum requirements stated in the onboarding agreement, verified before every load.

Clean Safety Record
A strong safety record for both the company and equipment is required before any load is booked, not after an issue occurs.

Reliable Equipment
Trailers and tie-down equipment that are appropriate and well-maintained for the vehicles being transported.

Real Communication
Responsive communication with honest, timely updates on pickup and delivery status.
